# 開放權重模型（Open-weight Model）是什麼？

開放權重模型是指公開釋出訓練好的模型參數（權重），讓任何人都能下載、執行與微調的 AI 模型。美國 NTIA 在 2024 年 7 月 30 日的報告中認為，目前證據不足以限制這類模型，但建議政府持續監測風險。

  事實：是否可商用要看各模型的授權條款，條件不一

開放權重只公開最後訓練好的參數；依 OSI 的看法，開源 AI 還需要提供訓練程式碼與資料的完整資訊，讓人能自由使用、研究、修改與分享。

因為可以在自己的設備上執行，資料不必送到外部服務，也能依需求微調與控制成本；缺點是需要自備運算資源與維運能力。
